David began his insurance career with Grampians Insurance Brokers in 1985. After 8 years he moved to IOOF Funds Management working in funds management and financial planning. He commenced his own financial planning business in 1999 in conjunction with Roy Marshall and Grampians Insurance Brokers.
In 2006 when Roy Marshall was looking to retire he purchased GIB in conjunction with his business partner, Paul Block. He is married with 2 children.
David manages a number of our commercial and rural clients.

Catherine started with Grampians Insurance Brokers in 2007. Catherine has her Certificate III in General Insurance Broking and Diploma in Business Management. Catherine is responsible for overseeing the general day to day running of the office. She handles compliance, administration and customer enquiries.

Simone started with Grampians Insurance Brokers in 2009. She has recently completed her Certificate III in Financial Services. Simone handles customer general enquires and claims.

Elisha began her career with Grampians Insurance Broker as a Trainee in 2002. She completed her Cert III in Financial Services in 2003 and is now an Associate Member for the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA). In 2009 Elisha was awarded the Norm Dyer Award of Excellence. Elisha is the Account Manager for a wide range of commercial and retail clients. |

John began his insurance career at a local brokerage in 2004. Since then John has completed his Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) in 2007. John was awarded the Australian & New Zealand Institute Of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF) 2007 student of the year for his studies. Passionate about risk management John completed his Diploma of Financial Services Risk Management in 2008. John is a current Senior Associate of ANZIIF. More recently John worked at a brokerage in Ballarat before joining our Ararat office. John is the Account Manger for a number of commercial and rural clients.
